CPRS Physical Therapy is proud to announce the opening of a new location in Williamsport, PA on March 8th, 2021. Clinic will be led by a seasoned and local Physical Therapist, Nicole Hoffman PT, MSPT. We will offer a variety of services including Physical Therapy, Wellness, Occupational Health, and Sports Rehab. 

Nicole Hoffman, PT, MSPT  is a graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and earned her Physical Therapy degrees at Ithaca College in New York. Nicole has been in practice since 1999, working in outpatient therapy and home health in Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. Nicole currently lives in Lewisburg with her husband and two children. When she has spare time, Nicole enjoys books, fitness, food, traveling and spending time with family.
