CPRS in Willow Street is conveniently located on Willow Street Pike (272 South), at the Baumgardner Road intersection. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Women's Health, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Our office also works with the plain community. Thomas, PT, DPT

THOMAS, PT, DPT joined CPRS in 2018 and is a licensed professional since 2015. He earned his undergraduate degree of Biology and graduate degree of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University. Thomas started his physical therapist career in northern New Jersey where he directed an outpatient clinic that specialized in rehabilitation of joint replacement, post operative ACL reconstruction, athletes in the return to sport programs, geriatrics, and amputees. Since 2018, Thomas successfully managed CPRS office in Gap and has relocated to his community office in Willow Street in 2022. Thomas and his wife, Kaitlyn, reside in Lampeter with their two boys Jameson and Bennett. Thomas is accepting new patients and looks forward to caring for you and your family.  




Brooke, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant


BROOKE, PTA graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2012. After high school, Brooke attended University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown before transferring to Central Penn College, majoring in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program where she graduated with honors in May of 2017. Brooke has been employed at CPRS Physical Therapy since 2013 working as a Physical Therapist Aide. Brooke’s primary experience in the field is with geriatric patients in the outpatient setting. Brooke is energetic, organized and passionate about personal fitness. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, exercising, and traveling. She currently resides in Kirkwood with her kittens, Turbo and Lola. 




Allison, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant



ALLISON, PTA, has been with CPRS and working as a professional since 2022. Allison is a graduate of Manheim Central High School and earned her PTA degree at Central Penn College. Allison currently resides in Manheim and enjoys reading, music and spending time with friends and family.
