Currently, Julie resides in Montoursville and enjoys ongoing learning, growth in God and Faith, spending time with family, traveling, staying active and improving health.

Johnathan Warg, PT, DPT joined CPRS in 2022 and is a licensed professional since 2022. He is a graduate of Central Mountain High School. Additionally, Douglas earned his undergraduate degree from Gannon University and Mercyhurst North East College. Douglas resides in Lock Haven and enjoys Golfing, spending time with wife and 2 children, taking our golden retriever for walks, working out.

Douglas Peter, PTA, has been with CPRS since August of 2022. Douglas is a graduate of Central Mountain High School in Mill Hall, PA. He obtained his Bachelor's of Exercise Science from Gannon University in 2007 and his Associate in Physical Therapy Assistant from Mercyhurst College in 2011. In his free time, Douglas enjoys spending time with family, taking his Golden Retriever Lily for walks, exercising and playing golf.

Madison Entz, PTA, joined CPRS in 2023 and is a licensed professional since 2023. She is a graduate of Hughsville Central High School. Additionally, Madison earned her graduate degree from Penn State University - Hazleton. Madison resides in Williamsport and enjoys working out and playing tennis.
