Office Information

CPRS in Strasburg is conveniently located on Historic Drive, across from the Post Office. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Our office also works with the plain community. 

In addition to the array of services, Zach, our clinic manager, also has extensive training in all orthopedic injuries/conditions, and is a board certified orthopedic specialist.  He also has expertise in treating temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD/TMJ). Zachary, PT, DPT, OCS, CEAS joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2010. Zach graduated from Hempfield High School and earning his Bachelors of Science in Health Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Sciences in Philadelphia. Additionally, he is a graduate of the CPRS Orthopedic Residency and is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. Zach is also fluent in Spanish language. In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing roller and street hockey. His favorite sports team is the Tampa Bay Lightning. Zach also enjoys visiting his family in Puerto Rico and currently resides in Ephrata with his wife, Cathy, and his Newfoundland dogs, Ramon and Tipsy.




Melinda, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT

Credentialed in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy 


Melinda, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, has been with CPRS since 2016 and a professional since 2011.  Melinda is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School.  Additionally, Melinda has an undergraduate degree from Messiah College and graduate degree from Arcadia University. She is also credentialed in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine.  Melinda completed CPRS' Orthopedic Residency Program in December 2017 and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Melinda is also bilingual and speaks Spanish as a second language. Currently Melinda resides in Lancaster and enjoys running, biking, reading, backpacking, trying new restaurants, being with her friends and family, traveling, and playing piano.


Ellyn, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


Ellyn Herr, PTA, has been with CPRS since spring of 2021. Ellyn is a graduate of Lampeter Strasburg High School and she received her undergraduate degree from Penn State Monto Alto. Currently, Ellyn resides in Strasburg and enjoys spending time outdoors and running.




Emily, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


Emily, PTA, joined CPRS in 2024 and is a licensed professional since 2019. She graduated from Germanna Community College and joins CPRS physical therapy with both acute care and outpatient physical therapy experience. Emily's passion has always been in outpatient practice because she loves hands-on work through manual therapy, stretching, and retraining the body so that her clients can get back to doing what they love without pain. She has successfully completed several Maitland orthopedic manual therapy continuing education courses, myofascial release training, and is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. 

Emily is additionally certified as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Emily became a personal trainer because of her passion for living a healthy lifestyle. On her own wellness journey, she knows the value of making incremental adjustments to lifestyle versus sudden diet and exercise changes so prevalent in the fitness industry.

In her spare time, Emily loves to spend time with her family and friends, take walks, bake, explore new towns/areas, singing, watching police shows, and is picking up the sport of stand-up paddleboarding.  



Michael, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


Michael, PTA, joined CPRS in 2023 and is a licensed professional since 2023. He is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. Additionally, Michael earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University - Hazleton. Michael resides in Manheim and enjoys football.
