Office Information

CPRS in Palmyra is located in the Flightpath Sports Park, directly next to 'In The Net' Sports Complex. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. Brittany Pfautz, DPT, OCS

Brittany Pfautz DPT, OCS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2016. Brittany is a graduate of Ephrata High School. Additionally, Brittany has her undergraduate degrees as well as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. While in school, Brittany participated in research projects that looked at multiple micro-trauma concussions in sports, as well as for geriatric wellness and strength training programs.

Brittany has a special interest in treating vestibular dysfunctions/concussions as well as running and sports related injuries. Brittany completed CPRS’ Orthopedic Residency program in 2017 and attained her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty (OCS) in 2018. Brittany resides in Cornwall and enjoys playing volleyball, running, camping, and archery hunting with her husband. In June of 2021 her and her husband welcomed a son, Colter Ryan, to their family. She also has two miniature long haired dachshunds, Remington and Nora.          

Kelsie Salem, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Kelsie Salem, PTA has been with CPRS since 2021. She graduated from Eastern Lebanon Co. High School and continued her education at Penn State Hazleton in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. While at Penn State Hazleton, Kelsie played on the Women’s soccer team and participated in THON. Kelsie currently lives in Lebanon county and enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and working as a Personal Trainer at her local gym.   

Jennifer McNamara, DPT
Physical Therapist 

Jennifer McNamara, DPT has been with CPRS since 2018 and a professional since 2015.  Jennifer is a graduate of Central Dauphin High School.  Additionally, Jennifer has an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University and graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson University.  Currently Jennifer resides in Harrisburg and enjoys spending time outdoors including fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, and playing with her English Bulldog.  

Emily Naumburg, PT, DPT, OCS

Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist 

Emily Naumburg, PT, DPT, OCS is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Emily grew up in Maryland and received her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College in Massachusetts. She returned to Maryland to attend physical therapy school and received her Doctorate from the University of Maryland. She went onto advance her clinical practice by completing the Orthopedic Residency Program at CPRS. She has been selected to present a case report at the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association Conference. Emily enjoys treating patients of all ages, with a special interest in spine, foot & ankle, and vestibular rehabilitation. Emily resides in Camp Hill and enjoys spending time with her family (daughter Brooke) and being outside kayaking, hiking or gardening. 

Andre Martin, PTA

Andre Martin PTA, has been with CPRS since March of 2021, and a professional since 2018. Andre is a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School, and continues to reside in Jonestown PA. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program from Central Penn College in 2018. Andre is a father of two, and enjoys spending time with wife and children. Andre also enjoys golfing, biking, playing guitar, and spending time at the beach.
