Office Information

CPRS in Newport is located on Red Hill Court, directly next to the Medicine Shoppe, and Newport Family Practice. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

Leanne Morgan, one of our staff therapists, is well trained in treating low back and neck injuries/conditions, and is a McKenzie Certified Therapist. 

We also work closely with Newport, West Perry, and Greenwood School Districts, serving the student athletes, faculty, and staff. For more information please call 717-567-3200.

Certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy

Leanne, DPT, CSCS, Cert. MDT is a Physical Therapist for CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2006 and a professional since 2005. Leanne is a graduate of Greenwood High School. Additionally, Leanne received her Bachelors degree from Messiah College, and her Doctorate degree from University of Delaware. She currently resides in Millerstown and enjoys sports, exercise, and spending time with her children.


Jacob, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Jacob, PTA has been with CPRS since 2015 and a professional since 2014.  Jacob is a graduate of West Perry High School.  Additionally, Jacob has an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College.  Currently Jacob resides in Loysville and enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, home brewing and wood working.  



Daniel, PT, DPT 

Physical Therapist

Daniel, PT, DPT joined CPRS Physical Therapy in 2021 and is a licensed professional since 2011. Dan is a graduate from Central Dauphin High School. Additionally, he received a Bachelor of Clinical Science degree and then a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree, both from Ithaca College. He currently resides in Millerstown and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, following all sports, and telling bad dad jokes.

Emily, PT, DPT, OCS 

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist

Emily, PT, DPT, OCS is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Emily grew up in Maryland and received her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College in Massachusetts. She returned to Maryland to attend physical therapy school and received her Doctorate from the University of Maryland. She went onto advance her clinical practice by completing the Orthopedic Residency Program at CPRS. Emily has been selected to present a case report at the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association Conference. Emily enjoys treating patients of all ages, with a special interest in spine, foot & ankle, and vestibular rehabilitation. Emily resides in Camp Hill and enjoys spending time with her family (daughter Brooke) and being outside kayaking, hiking or gardening.



Lora, PTA

Lora, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2018.  Lora is a graduate of Big Spring High School.  Additionally, Lora has an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College.  Currently Lora resides in New Bloomfield and enjoys food, friends, outdoor activities, and her dog.
