Office Information

CPRS in New Holland is conveniently located on Main Street, next to New Holland Family Practice and Yoder's Country Market. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, Oncology Rehab Program, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Our office also works with the plain community and with Garden Spot High School. Dakoda, PT, DPT, OCS

Orthopedic Certified Specialist




Dakoda, PT, DPT, OCS  joined CPRS in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Lebanon Valley College. Upon graduation, he completed an APTA orthopedic residency program and has a passion for orthopedic care. In addition to treating all orthopedic conditions in the adolescent and geriatric populations, Dakoda has experience treating vestibular and temporomandibular disorders as well as neurological conditions, POTS and hand therapy. He is a graduate of Garden Spot High School and remains actively involved in the community holding memberships in the New Holland Business Association and New Holland Professional Referral Exchange as well as participating in numerous other community events. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at the cabin, hanging out with family and friends, and fishing. Dakoda currently resides in Lancaster with his wife and son along with their two dogs. 



Cole, PT, DPT 
Doctor of Physical Therapy


 

Cole, PT, DPT joined CPRS in June of 2021. Cole graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University. His clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation, concussion-related injuries, and orthopedic conditions. Cole believes in providing individualized plans of care and use of manual therapy to improve patients’ quality of life. Cole is a Lancaster County native and graduated from Solanco High School in 2015. He currently resides in New Holland. Cole enjoys spending time outdoors, grilling, and spending time with family and friends.




Amanda, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

 

Amanda, PT, DPT joined CPRS in 2024. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College and is a graduate of New Fairfield High School. Amanda enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and creating treatment programs tailored to helping people achieve their goals. Amanda resides in Ephrata and spends her free time hiking, biking, and watching movies with friends and family.

 




Hayley, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant

Hayley, PTA, joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2024. She is a graduate of Octorara high school. Additionally, Hayley earned her Associate’s degree from Central Penn College in 2023. Currently, Hayley lives in Atglen and is an active part of her community there. In her free time, she loves to garden, go to the gym, hike, and spend time with family and friends. She is looking forward to helping patients reach their goals, no matter how small.

 




Brittany, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant

Brittany, PTA has been with CPRS Physical Therapy since 2022 and a professional since 2021. She is a graduate of Cocalico High School. She earned her undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. Currently, Brittany resides in Denver and enjoys being outdoors, running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
