CPRS in Mount Joy, is conveniently located behind CVS and next to Weis Markets. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. Physical Therapist Assistant 


Sarah, PTA joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2008. Sarah is a graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School and she earned her undergraduate degree from Central Pennsylvania College. Currently, she resides in Elizabethtown and enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and traveling.

Zachariah "Zach", PT, DPT, MS

Doctor of Physical Therapy


Zachariah, PT, DPT, MS has been a licensed Physical Therapist since August 2023 after graduating from Hanover College. Zach has a strong background in exercise and sports with a Masters in Exercise Science concentration in Human Performance from Liberty University. His experience is in treating a variety of orthopedics and neurological conditions. Zach resides in Red Lion and enjoys golfing, ice hockey, lacrosse, hiking, traveling and CrossFit.
 

Charlotte, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Charlotte, PTA, joined CPRS in 2026 and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated with honors from Central Penn College. Charlotte resides in Wrightsville with her family and pets and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, participating in church gatherings and outreach, as well as making art, gardening, hiking, and practicing yoga.
