Matt, DPT, OCS, Cert MDT, CSCS, is a Physical Therapist with CPRS. He has been with CPRS since 2005 and has been a licensed professional since 2004. Matt is a graduate of Milton High School and earned his undergraduate degree from Messiah College, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware.

Matt currently resides in Millerstown and enjoys outdoor activities, sports, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Brianne, PT, DPT, ATC, has been with CPRS since 2012. She is a graduate of Juniata High School and earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Lock Haven University, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

Brianne has a strong clinical interest in the rehabilitation of the athletic population as well as pre- and post-operative care. In addition to treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions across the lifespan, she has experience working with vestibular and temporomandibular disorders, as well as neurological conditions.

She resides in Port Royal with her husband, daughter, and son, and enjoys volunteering at Juniata Elementary School and watching her children participate in sports.

Evan, PT, DPT, has been with CPRS Physical Therapy since 2015. He is a graduate of Emmaus High School and earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

Evan currently resides in Mifflintown and enjoys golfing, swimming, and hiking.

Kahla, PT, DPT, has been with CPRS since 2016 and has been a licensed physical therapist since 2015. She is a graduate of Juniata High School and earned her undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University.

Kahla currently resides in Honey Grove and enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Alisa, PTA, is a Physical Therapist Assistant with CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2009 and has been a licensed professional since 2006. Alisa is a graduate of Juniata High School and earned her degree from Central Penn College.

She currently resides in Mifflintown and enjoys spending time with her family and watching movies.

Caitlin, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2021. She is a graduate of Shippensburg Area Senior High School and earned her Associate’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Caitlin resides in Yeagertown, PA, and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, being with family, and managing her side business creating polymer clay jewelry.

Jordan, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2023. She is a graduate of Juniata High School and earned her Associate’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Jordan currently resides in Spruce Hill and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking, and coaching the Juniata High School girls’ volleyball team.
