Dimitrios, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in July 2023 and is a licensed physical therapist. He grew up in Syracuse, NY, and earned his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in 2011, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from LIU Brooklyn.
Dimitrios previously worked in an outpatient clinic in Jersey City, NJ, and enjoys treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries. He currently resides in Bloomsburg, PA, with his wife Alicia and their frog, Slimy. In his free time, Dimitrios enjoys fishing, cooking, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Leah, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in November 2024 and is a licensed physical therapist. She earned her degree from Gannon University and has extensive experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities. This diverse background allows her to provide individualized, well-rounded care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Leah is certified in pelvic floor therapy through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, with a primary focus on women’s health. As a mother, she brings both clinical expertise and personal understanding to her work. Guided by her faith, Leah strives to provide care with compassion, dignity, and whole-person healing, creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and confident.

Craig, PTA, joined CPRS in February 2021 and has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2014. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University and his Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Penn College in 2014.
Craig resides in the South Williamsport area. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his dog, gathering around campfires with friends during the summer, and working on or detailing vehicles—either on his own or with his two brothers.
