Office Information

CPRS in Lancaster is conveniently located on Granite Run Drive, which is between Manheim and Fruitville Pike. The office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

In addition to these specific services, our office also works closely with several local school districts including: School District of Lancaster, Manheim Township, and Lancaster Mennonite. For more information, please call our office at 717-560-2917.




Adam, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy I Clinic Manager

 




Adam, PT, DPT,  joined CPRS in August, 2019. Adam is a graduate of Garden Spot High School and earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Alvernia University. Adam began working for CPRS immediately after graduation from Alvernia. He looks forward to treating the surrounding community with evidence based physical therapy to help people return to work, sports, and daily physical activities. Adam specializes in post-operative orthopedics, treatment of the spine and balance rehab. Additionally, Adam has experience in vestibular rehabilitation, sports injuries, POTS and hand therapy. Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports and being outdoors. Adam currently resides in Ephrata with his wife.    





Aiden, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

 




Aiden, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in 2020 and is a licensed professional since 2015. Aiden is a Lancaster County native and a graduate from Cocalico High School. Additionally, he received his undergraduate degree from York College of Pennsylvania and his graduate degree from Widener University. Aiden is interested in working with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. He currently resides in York County with his wife, Michele, son Emerson, and two dogs, Mia and Bane. Aiden enjoys travelling, cooking, brewing beer, playing soccer, and spending time with friends and family. 






Willow, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

 




Willow, PTA, joined CPRS and is a professional since 2022. She is a graduate of Warwick High School and earned her PTA degree from Penn State Hazleton. Willow currently lives in Lititz and enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and being outdoors.    






Mark, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

 




Mark, PTA, joined CPRS Physical Therapy in 2021 and earned his PTA degree at Central Penn College. Mark is a United States veteran, where he served time active duty and in the Air National guard. After the military, he relocated to Lancaster where he lives today. During his free time, Mark enjoys watching the Steelers and Pirates and spending time with his daughter, Zoey.
