Office Information

CPRS in Harrisburg, is conveniently located off the Union Deposit Exit, off 83. The office is on the backside of the Family Practice Center- Londonderry Road. The office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Wellness, Occupational Health, and Diabetes Management. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

Mark, our clinic manager, has extensive training in all orthopedic injuries/conditions, and is not only a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, but it also the director of CPRS' accredited Orthopedic Residency Program. He also has expertise in treating neck and back injuries, and is a McKenzie Therapist. Our office also works closely with Central Dauphin School District, serving their athletic population, staff, and faculty. Mark Brown, MS, PT, CMPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, CEAS has been a licensed Physical Therapist with CPRS since 1994. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist with NAIOMT, and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (McKenzie). Mark is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. Mark is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University. In addition to treating all orthopedic conditions in the adolescent and geriatric populations, Mark has extensive experience treating vestibular disorders and temporomandibular disorders. Mark resides in Harrisburg and enjoys family time, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and traveling.

Christopher Pyke, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Physical Therapist

Christopher Pyke PT, DPT, Cert. MDT has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2007 after graduating from the University at Buffalo. Christopher is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (McKenzie). His experience is treating in the outpatient setting with a vast range of diagnosis from post-operative care to neurological issues including vestibular disorders. Christopher resides in Hummelstown with his wife and two children and enjoys family time, playing tennis, golf, water sports, and the outdoors.

 

Zachariah "Zach" Nichols, PT, DPT, MS


Physical Therapist 

Zachariah Nichols PT, DPT, MS has been a licensed Physical Therapist since August 2023 after graduating from Hanover College. Zach has a strong background in exercise and sports with a Masters in Exercise Science concentration in Human Performance from Liberty University. His experience is in treating a variety of orthopedics and neurological conditions. Zach resides in Red Lion and enjoys golfing, ice hockey, lacrosse, hiking, traveling and CrossFit.

Daniel Kristich, PTA


Physical Therapist Assistant 

Dan Kristich, PTA, joined CPRS in 2020 and is a licensed professional since 2008. Dan graduated from Central Penn College in 2008. He currently resides in Palmyra with his wife and three daughters and enjoys running and spending time with his family and two dogs and two cats.


Megan Stewart, PTA


 Physical Therapist Assistant

Megan Stewart is a Physical Therapist Assistant and has been with CPRS since September 2020. Megan attended Penn State Mont Alto and graduated in 2015, and has been practicing in outpatient physical therapy since. Megan currently resides in Wellsville, PA where she enjoys spending time with her family, weightlifting, and crafting.
