Office Information

CPRS in Gap is located in the Houston Run Complex, near the Route 30 and 41 intersection, where you can also find a variety of other businesses and organizations such as the Shady Maple Cafe. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Industrial Rehab, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. Our Wellness Program offers several different programs such as: general membership, personal or group training, sports specific rehab, and healthy lifestyles program. Benjamin Davis, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist


Benjamin Davis, PT, DPT is a Chester County native and joined CPRS in July of 2022. Benjamin graduated from Downingtown East High School, earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Taylor University, and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University. As a former high school and college football wide receiver, Benjamin understands the drive required to compete in athletics along with the commitment required to return from an injury. Benjamin's clinical interests include orthopedic conditions, sport-related injuries and pediatrics. In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys playing golf, watching football (Go Eagles!), hiking, weightlifting, and spending time with his family and friends.

Allison Graber, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant 

Allison Graber, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2019 and a professional since 2016. She attended Pequea Valley High School and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Central Penn College. She grew up in Lancaster county and currently lives in Strasburg with her Husband. In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new coffee shops, being outdoors, and exploring new cities.
