Office Information

CPRS in Gap is located in the Houston Run Complex, near the Route 30 and 41 intersection, where you can also find a variety of other businesses and organizations such as the Shady Maple Cafe. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Industrial Rehab, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. Our Wellness Program offers several different programs such as: general membership, personal or group training, sports specific rehab, and healthy lifestyles program. Thomas Messner, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Thomas Messner, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2018 and a professional since 2015. He earned his undergraduate degree of Biology and graduate degree of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University. Thomas started his physical therapist career in northern New Jersey where he directed an outpatient clinic that specialized in rehabilitation of post operative ACL reconstruction, athletes in return to sport programs, joint replacements, geriatrics, and a small concentration of rehabilitation for those with amputations. He moved to Lancaster with his wife in 2018 and they are expecting their first child in November.


Allison Graber, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant 

Allison Graber, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2019 and a professional since 2016. She attended Pequea Valley High School and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Central Penn College. She grew up in Lancaster county and currently lives in Strasburg with her Husband. In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new coffee shops, being outdoors, and exploring new cities. 

Ray Duzan, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant 


Ray "AJ" Duzan, PTA, obtained his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Central Penn College and has been a professional with CPRS since 2021. He enjoys working with orthopedic and athletic patients. Currently, he resides in Lancaster and enjoys running, weightlifting, reading, music, chess, guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
