Tanner Reed, DPT, CMPT has been with CPRS and a professional since 2019. Tanner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. In 2020, Tanner became a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMT, an eclectic approach to holistic and personalized treatment programs. Tanner is a neuromusculoskeletal expert and specializes in osteopathic mobilizations and all orthopedic/sports injuries. He also has extensive experience treating chronic pain conditions and vertigo/vestibular dysfunctions. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his friends and family, working around his house, training his German Shepherd, and being outdoors.

Allison Debroisse, PT, DPT

Allison Debroisse, DPT, joined CPRS in 2023 and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2016. She is a graduate of East Pennsboro Area High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Millersville University. Allison is certified in Graston Technique therapy to treat soft tissue injuries like sprains and strains, and she is also certified in the LSVT BIG program to treat individuals with Parkinson Disease and other neurological disorders. No matter what the condition, Allison seeks to empower individuals through guided exercise, hands on treatment, and personalized education so they may return to the activities they want and need to do. Outside the clinic, Allison enjoys bird watching, scrapbooking, and chasing after her toddler.

Arthur Ciccone, PTA

Arthur Ciccone, PTA is a graduate of Central Penn College, where he received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree. He is also a graduate of Penn State Berks University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He enjoys trail running, fly fishing, and coaching youth lacrosse.

Margaret "Maggie" Dubbs, PTA joined CPRS in 2018 and is a licensed professional since 2022. Maggie earned her Bachelors Degree in Sports Administration from Kutztown University in 2017 and a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Central Penn College in 2022. Additionally, Maggie has been accepted to to Neumann University for Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Maggie currently resides in Enola, and in her spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, running, lifting at the gym and traveling.
