Madeleine, PT, DPT joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2024. Madeleine graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2018. Additionally, she earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2021 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024 from Lebanon Valley College. Madeleine lives in Manheim with her husband and enjoys trips to the cabin, dirt biking, exercising, cooking and playing pickleball.

Tisha, PTA, has been with CPRS since December of 2020. Tisha has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 years. She graduated from Messiah College in 1995 earning a Bachelor’s degree of Arts and Sports Medicine. Tisha is a graduate of Central Penn College in 2007 where she received her Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Tisha currently resides in Palmyra and enjoys raising dairy goats, crafting, reading, and the outdoors.

Eva, PTA, has been with CPRS since June of 2021. Eva graduated from Castleton University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health. After homeschooling her two girls in 2015, she went back to school to earn her Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Central Penn College. She has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2017. Originally from Vermont, she currently lives in Elizabethtown with her husband and their amazing cat Isadora. She enjoys working out, home decorating, seeing live music and dancing.

Haley, PTA, joined CPRS in 2021 and became a licensed professional in 2024. She is a graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School and earned her Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Penn College. Haley currently resides in Elizabethtown, where she remains actively involved in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, staying active through fitness, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
