Office Information

CPRS- Duncannon offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Nicole, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy I 
Clinic Manager 





 

 

Nicole, DPT, joined CPRS in 2007 and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013. She is a graduate of Trinity High School and received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Villanova University, where she also played Division I women’s basketball. Nicole later served as an assistant coach for Dickinson College’s women’s basketball team. She earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Lebanon Valley College. During PT school, Nicole co-authored a children’s book about physical therapy, which has been published in multiple languages.

Nicole treats a wide variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, stroke, and vestibular conditions. She resides in Mechanicsburg and enjoys boating, gardening, walking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.




Kristine, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant 



 

Kristine, PTA, joined CPRS in June 2023 and became a licensed physical therapist assistant the same year after earning her A.A.S. degree from Central Penn College. Prior to her career as a PTA, she earned a B.S. in Resort and Hospitality Management from Green Mountain College in Vermont and worked in the hospitality and resort industry for 14 years, with experience in attractions/rides and food and beverage operations.

Outside of work, Kristine is a dedicated parent-caregiver to her child with disabilities and has personal experience with autism, intellectual disabilities, and nonverbal communication. In her limited free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, and reading. Originally from New Jersey, she was raised in Elysburg, PA, is a Southern Columbia Area High School graduate, and currently resides in Harrisburg.
