Christopher, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2007 after graduating from the University at Buffalo. Christopher is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (McKenzie). His experience is treating in the outpatient setting with a vast range of diagnosis from post-operative care to neurological issues including vestibular disorders. Christopher resides in Hummelstown with his wife and two children and enjoys family time, playing tennis, golf, water sports, and the outdoors.

Chad, MSPT

Chad, MSPT, is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience in neurological, vestibular, orthopedic, and amputee rehabilitation. He earned his Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Gannon University and has worked across a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient rehab, outpatient neuro rehab, sports medicine, and performance training. Chad specializes in vestibular therapy, post-stroke and spinal cord injury rehabilitation, prosthetic gait training, and cervical/thoracic manual therapy. He is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and a Certified Peer Visitor through the Amputee Coalition of America. Throughout his career, Chad has developed continuing education programs, mentored students and staff, and served as the lead therapist for complex neuro, vestibular, and orthopedic cases. His recent work includes performance coaching for athletes and injury prevention programming in sports settings. Chad’s clinical approach is rooted in personalized, evidence-based care, with a focus on restoring function, improving balance and mobility, and empowering patients throughout their recovery journey.

Heather, PTA, joined CPRS in 2026 and is a licensed professional since 2010. Heather graduated from Central Dauphin High School and earned her Associate’s degree from Central Penn College. Currently, she resides in Harrisburg and enjoys helping rescue dogs, running and biking on rail trails.
