We moved to a NEW location on April 2, 2018. We are now located at 36 South River Road, Suite 2, Halifax. We are next to the Halifax Fire House, and across the street from Sheetz. We are in the same building as Family Practice Center, Halifax (Dr. Ettlinger and Dr. Yutronich). 

We have been serving the Northern Dauphin Region since 1983 and we are honored to now serve the Halifax Community. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. 

Christopher Vereb, PT
Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist

Christopher Vereb, PT has been with CPRS since 1990 and a professional since 1988. He is a graduate of Indiana Area High School. Additionally, Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently resides in Harrisburg with his wife Carole and their three children. Chris enjoys hunting, hockey and wobble trap/sporting clay shooting. He is a Pittsburgh sports and Hershey Bears fan. 

Sherry Spotts, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Sherry Spotts, PTA has been with CPRS since 1993 and a professional since 1991. Sherry is a graduate of Tri-Valley High School. Additionally, Sherry has an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. She currently resides in Halifax with her husband Corey and children Caleb and Joshua. When not at work Sherry enjoys biking, hiking and sporting activities with her family.
