Office Information

CPRS in Loysville is located on Montour Road, directly next to Loysville Family Practice Center. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Danielle, clinic manager, has extensive training in treating neurological conditions (stroke, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, cerebral palsy), sports related injuries, running injuries, and vertigo to name a few. We also work with a diverse patient population such as pediatrics, and amputees. 

Our office works closely with West Perry School District, serving the student athletes, faculty, and staff. For more information please call 717-789-3227.

Danielle, PT, DPT

Danielle, DPT has been with CPRS since 2011 and a professional since 2006. Danielle is a graduate of West Perry High School. Additionally, Danielle earned her undergraduate and graduate degree from Misericordia University. She currently resides in Loysville and enjoys hunting, baking, running, and sewing.

Christopher, PT
Physical Therapist


Christopher, PT has been with CPRS since 1990 and a professional since 1988. He is a 1984 graduate of Indiana Area High School in Indiana,PA. Chris received his BSPT degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He resides in the Harrisburg area with his wife, Carole, they have three adult children of whom they both are very proud. Chris is a Pittsburgh sports fan at heart but enjoys good competition no matter the team. He enjoys his grand-pups, hockey, lacrosse, various shooting sports and would rather be fishing on a lake over shopping!

Ashley, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Ashley, PTA is a Physical Therapist Assistant with CPRS. She has been with CPRS and a professional since 2006. Ashley is a graduate of West Perry High School. Additionally, Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Central Pennsylvania College. She currently resides in New Bloomfield and enjoys being outside, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.


Todd, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


Todd, PTA has been with CPRS since 2016 and a professional since 1998. Todd is a graduate of Line Mountain High School.  Additionally, Todd is a graduate of Central Pennsylvania College.  Currently, Todd resides in Newport and enjoys coaching football at Newport High School.     

Hali, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


   

Hali, PTA has been with CPRS since 2021 and a professional since 2019. Hali is a graduate of Lehighton Area High School. Additionally,  Hali is a graduate of Mount Aloysius College. Currently, Hali resides in Marysville and enjoys hiking, playing with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
