CPRS Lititz is officially open as of September 10, 2018. We are extremely proud to be back serving the Lititz community and surrounding area. We have an extremely talented and skilled team ready to get you back to what you love most. We offer a variety of services including Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab, Wellness, Occupational Health, Women's Health/Pelvic Floor, as well as a full line of pediatric services with Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy for ages newborn to 18 years old. Andrew Groft, DPT, OCS is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and his graduate degree from Lebanon Valley College. Additionally, Andrew graduated from the CPRS Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency in May 2014 and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Andrew currently resides in Lancaster with his wife and son. Andrew enjoys hiking, running, watching movies, attending sporting events, and going to the beach. 

Henry Hershey, PT
Physical Therapist

Henry H. Hershey, PT has been with CPRS since 2015 and has practiced physical therapy since 1980.  Henry is a graduate of Warwick High School in Lititz.  Additionally, Henry received his undergraduate degree from Millersville University and graduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.  Currently Henry resides in Lititz and enjoys road biking, golf, and DSLR photography.  Henry is involved in community activities, is a member of "No Fear Photography" and is a member and past president of the Lancaster Sunrise Rotary Club.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Lynn Journey, Physical Therapist, has been with CPRS since 2013, and a professional for over 23 years.  Lynn is a graduate of Montana State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine.  Lynn continued her post graduate education at Hogeschool Enschede in The Netherlands, where she received her degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. She specializes in Women's & Men's Health/Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. Currently, Lynn resides in Lititz with her husband and two daughters and enjoys cooking, cross country skiing and reading.

Aimee Ketchum, OTR/L, CNMI
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Certified Newborn Massage Instructor

Aimee E. Ketchum, OTR/L, CNMI, pediatric occupational therapist and certified newborn massage instructor, has been with CPRS since 2014 and a professional for over 21 years. Aimee attended Manheim Central High School. She received an undergraduate degree from Misericordia University. Aimee enjoys running, acting, directing, singing, and yoga. Additionally, she is owner/operator of Aimee's Babies, a child development company, a certified instructor for PA-Keys, teaching early child development, a yoga instructor and mom of 2 daughters. Aimee resides in Lititz.

Tanya Myers, PT, DPT
Pediatric Physical Therapist

Tanya Myers, Physical Therapist, has been with CPRS since 2014 and practicing in the field for over 25 years. Tanya attended Millersburg High School. She attended the pre-physical therapy program at Temple University and then received her bachelors degree in PT at Northeastern University. She received her CAS in neurology and her DPT at MGH Institute of Health Professions. She specializes in pediatrics and has lectured in this area and neurology at multiple universities. She received the Annie Sullivan Award from IU13 in 2016. This award recognizes a professional staff member who exemplifies caring involvement of students with disabilities, and goes beyond the duties of the classroom in helping others in the school and community to understand and accept people with disabilities. She is a member of the APTA and is currently involved in a subcommittee that is looking into how to better serve children with multiple health care issues. Tanya enjoys skiing, gardening, reading, and being with family and resides in Lititz.

Lyn Kaiser, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist


Lyn Kaiser OTR/L is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2018. Lynn graduated from Pennridge High School. In her spare time, Lyn enjoys adventures with family and friends, kayaking, going to the beach, and tackling projects around the house. Lyn also recently adopted a very energetic dog that keeps her busy!
